So how are you suppose to even the teams if the auto assign stacks them? |

I suggest ATB based on player score and team scores. |

its a good idea actually... the only problem is finding the script to do it. its almost easier, in my opinion, to let the admins on the server do it. that way they can pick and choose the palyers they want to change teams. that way we dont have to add more stuff to the server and evening teams can be done by people that know who to change to most efficently make the teams even but then again, thats my 2cents |

Honestly I think that its good we are looking into solutions but its too much for admins to play captain and pick teams. In my opinion that will slow things down, cause more ppl to bitch and whine to the admins that things are not fair, and probably deture ppl from wanting to play on the server in the first place. I do agree the server becomes stacked at times and its annoying, but I think that we will have to deal with it, the main reason things are so stacked ussually are because of the map (Italy, aztec, cbble). If you look at these maps there are Primarily 2-3 choke points which makes them very easy for ct's to defend. To make it so the t's can over come this you must stack the t side with alot of tallent and concentrate a rush to a single point obviously, but when you have 20 plus ppl in a server there isnt much a team can do when it is on a sided map. Or atleast those are my thoughts. I would rather see the map rotation altered when the server reaches a certain capacity which would then be more even or less sided one way or another..... |

I play on a Crackhouse DM server that has it, it's a very cool plugin |

The current auto team-balance should be just taken away. When one side gets too many players at the start of a map, people tend to forget that it will be re-balanced automatically the next round. Also, I see many instances of switching to the other team, only to get switched back. |

It's possible to play on both sides of any given map. If you're good, you can beat the nublets who stack the easy team, or get auto-assigned to that team. And if you're a little turd who sucks at CS like myself, you get slapped either way so it really doesn't matter on any map. |
