HTTP downloading is in the works so maps can be downloaded at your internet speed, instead of the shitty slow speed of the server. There really aren't many custom maps that we have that take forever to download. Did you want to give them links to dl de_dust2_cz and such? |

no i was thinking that atleast for the newer ppl some of the maps on the elite server need to be downloaded |

We still need to put the http downloading on the other servers to speed things up. Once it's fully implemented, the speeds will be ubar. |

It would be a bit of work, but it's been discussed before to have a map-pack (probably a .zip file) with all of the maps for each server (a main pack, an elite pack, a funmaps pack, and a source pack) up on the site. |

well how many maps are actually on the rotation that arnt standard. i think ive only had to dl 1 or 2. |
