This has just come to my mind I was looking at the roster on the front page and there are alot of n00bs on there who don't play..

If we can demote admins for being inactive can we demote n00bs back to RCT for being inactive? It just doesn't look right having alot of people who are n00bs and don't play and aren't active with the forums.

EDIT: I know some of the people on n00b have joined the Army and this is in no way talking about people like that such as Das and who ever else in n00b joined the army.

Yeah there are people in the army, people who aren't in the country and people who simply CAN'T partake.

We had a round of cuts a month or two ago...we'll look at the list again once it seems like a big problem.
