 Admin SuggestionMaybe instead of the elders choosing off lists for our admin
You will have 4-5 people every admin voting period on a list, then you post a vote in the N00B Members forum for 3-4 days. Then the 2-3 people who get the highest votes get evaluated by the Elders and given their admin if they are credible, and the other losers, well try again nexttime.
