fr is more Important in BWL than shad.
As a caster u need atleast 100 fr without buff, and that is only for vael.
Druids are friggin imba.
But shad priest pwns 'em ;)

Enslave demon is the one that chains it right? It's used a lot in RFD for sure, and also in UD strat I'm pretty sure. It gets a lot of PvE use at least...
