Because apparently if you go CT, you're a stacking fgt. So the only remedy is to go T until that magic five/six round difference before switching.



Even the worst de_ maps (aztec, etc) will always be better than any cs_ map.

aztec takes all the fun out of the game because even if youve only played the game for a few weeks you probably know where everyone is going to be. double doors, bridge, or water. the whole map comes down to either who rushes the fastest or who has the best shooting technique. more often than not it just seems like its just back and forth one side shooting half a clip at the door or a box then the other side doing the same until someone gets up enough balls to try and push DD or bridge room. its the former part that gets boring...


but aztec is aztec. i dont hate it so much as i dont like playing it because i do worse on that map than the others, regardless of which side im on. and thats saying something cause im not very good at any map. as long as theres ppl that push and rush and not camp its not a bad map. waiting 3 min just to get dinked for popping your head out is what mkes it suck

Aztec is always a F*CKING chore than it is a F*CKING good time. I am a firm believer that its more of an aiming map and skillful map than compared to something like office, but the little quirks in the maps and the sidings just make it F*CKING horrid. I firmly believe in replacing it with the superior Port.

Port > *. When the server fills up, port is one map we should be playing consistently. And lately we have been, making me very happy.
Assault is fantastic if played correctly, though the timelimit needs to raise (possible for 1 map in the rotation?) for us to take it seriously.

Damn, I thought you were cool. Not only do you like port, but the day hell freezes over and cs_assault is put on the rotation, you want to raise the timelimit.

In Aztec, If 5 Ts rush DD with flashes, the CTs lose right there (if they don't use the same strat). Most of the CTs either retreat or cower in fear when they are fortified there only to get flashed. It doesn't take skilled players to do it, all it needs is for at least some of the Ts to work together.

I have to say though, seeing people rtv in aztec is one of the very rare things in CS that can actually drive me into a furious rage and turns me green

so are you gonna learn the correct syntax of ma_ban, or are you going to accidently ban all the n00bs AGAIN? you should ONLY use the menu from now on.

LOL, can't stress enough how much easier the menu is. (Granted not all commands are available via menu, but only a few, and none of them you have)
