We've been doing things the way we do for years. There's a reason we're still around.

meh, not asking for a drastic change or anything, just something new. could be a new soundbit or a new map added to RTV, hell ya dont even got to put it into rotation. but with as good as things are now, some small tweeks could only make them better.

There's about one post a day in the forums regarding the lag in the servers, the cause of which has been determined to be the high amounts of traffic and the funmods we have... I hate to break it to ya, but until we fix the problems we already have, I don't see any new "just-for-fun" stuff going up.

I didn't want this to sound like I was complaining, I was just trying to make some suggestions that I feel would improve the game play on the server. I will now list both the positives and negatives of my suggestions in terms of game play.

1) Limit round time to 2 minutes.
Positives - forces attacking team to camp less and accomplish objective.
Negatives - Cant sit in a 1337 haxor spot for 3 minutes picking off the impatient members of the defensive team.

2) Shorten Map time limit to 20 minutes instead of 30.
Positives - Map will not become boring.
Negatives - Cant stack up T side on Italy and get 60 kills as the map duration is limited to 20 minutes only allowing for 40 or so kills.

3) Add CAL/CEVO maps to the rotation.
Positives - Adding more maps will keep the server from getting stale.. Also, CAL/CEVO maps were designed to be evenly balanced unlike Italy and prodigy so don't give me that average gamer wouldn't like it BS.
Negatives - Might actually have to get some skill as opposed to playing on the defensive team for stacked maps like italy and prodigy. (On a more serious note downloading new maps would put a strain on the server and many people wouldn't know how to get these maps on there own)
Solution - Add pre-existing maps to the rotation like Dust 1, Train, Inferno, etc..


Once again, not trying to sound like an asshole as I really like the n00bfest servers, community, admins, racism etc..

I think your elite 100tick server answers these suggestions, we just need to get more people to play there.

violation, if you haven't already, add the elite server to your fav's, and if you tell players on the main server about how nice it is they may start playing there more often :)

Hell yah, elite server is much better. I always go there first if people are on it.

My suggestion would be is a person tk's 3 times in single game add the option of kick to the punishment, if the player tk's 5 times in single game add the option of temp ban to the punishment.

there is a setting that can be enabled to auto kick/tempban someone if they tk more than 1 or 2 people in a map.

oh oh i know of that has happened to me twice and it only goes into effect if you have a negative score below 3
