so my parents have 2 houses, 1 in ky and 1 in woodhaven mi. They rent the house in mi when they moved to ky. Well the dumbass renters felt the guts on the 1st floor toilet needed replacing (3 years old)...... Well the jackass used the cheapest shit out there and a hose just barely long enough to reach the toilet. Wouldnt you know it the hose failed while they were on vacation 8 months later. Now all the hard woods are ruined and half the first floor needs gutted. A F*CKING 8 dollar hose and now a 1000 dollar deductible and of course I being the only family that can do anything half way mechanical in mi I am now likely to be an overseer.......F*CK these renters
