heeeey nignogz, i got banned (for 5 min. but i still got banned) cuz i TK'd... i dont care about this, i just want to know what is exactly a TK or a TA whatever.

let me tell you my awesome story:

i was chilling on prodigy, when pott, a guy that i never played with but looked nice, came right by me, and knifed me for fun. i laughed, then knifed him back. we did it til i was 3 hp, and him 52.

i just wanna know if ppl really need to get banned if theyre having fun knifing each others or they need to get banned when they wound others for their own fun and pissing others off. in this thread, please, dont say im a AFRICAN AMERICAN trying to piss admins off, i love u all, i just wanna know cuz i dont want to get banned again for this.

Admins like to play too, they dont have time to discern who is playing around and who isnt. All we see is "so and so is team attacking" in the bottom of our screen. If it repeats more than 3 times then chances are the guy is being a fag. We're not always going to take the time to look at what's going on.

The rules are in place for a reason, to let everyone (including admins) have the most amount of fun possible.

and, vision, its a question, dont get mad please. of u know who we are, i mean, if u know how we play, fair, or bad whatever, then u'd know, i think, that i wasnt team attacking to piss them off.

i dont know how hard is to be an admin, maybe ill never know. but i think that even if u see ''so and so is team attacking'', and, for example, its me, if i'd be the admin, i'd ask whats going on, or i'd look at the chat or ask question i dont know. i dont break the rules, if i would, i would be banned a long time ago and i think that almost everybody on the server likes me (i hope) and i never played like a motherf****r. is there a way that when u see it, u wouldnt ban us without even knowing whats happening ?

its a simple question. i still dont know how it is to be admin, so i need answers. thx

it's ok, we were joking around, but you were trying to push my buttons, and when i saw you team attacking i decided you should sit out for 5 min. i do like you, and you're right, you usually do follow the rules. let's just put this behind us and try to forget about it.

I'm not mad, you asked a question and I answered it to the best of my ability.

In my experience as an admin, which is like a really long time, it is too much of a hassle to ask what is going on and trying to figure it out. It is much easier to spam a warning message and if it continues to handle the situation accordingly.

You can be the coolest guy in the world but we cant read minds and we're not here to give exceptions to cool people. Corpsehumper laid down the rules and he LETS us enforce them. If we dont enforce them then he wont LET us enforce them anymore.

We've had plenty of 'cool' people in here as regulars, rcts, and even n00bs who decided to stick a dildo up their ass and come into the server and become an asshole like the flip of a switch.

n00bs get more slack because they know the rules and if their breaking them then its probably for some funny reason usually n00b on n00b fun but other than that everyone should follow the motd.

Bullet Catcher came in the other day and TKd the hell outta folks, it was funny. Angry Kitten came in and blew my face off, then I blew his face off, it was funny. We know the rules, but if our "sick humor" makes the server a better place to stay, then we do it. No, I don't promote TKing. In certain instances, however, it's just funny.

The problem is not the guys who are legitimate regulars, the problem is the 7 random pubbies with little or no regard for our community who take it upon them selves to cause problems upon seeing (and misunderstanding) some of the stuff that goes on that makes n00bfest, n00bfest.

I too have been known to take the back of someones head off for being in my way.. but not more than once a session.

moderation and trust are the keys, when you're constantly pulling one thing or another it does require a fair amount of admin attention, making us die in stupid ways because were on the verge of mutin/slaying/kicking you tends to piss some of us off, in turn, we cut you less slack. Easy fix: IF an admin steps in follow their instructions, be part of the solution. Believe me the admins do police themselves, if what their telling you to do is not correct (within the context of n00bfest) they'll have to answer for it.
