If I am still correct its 16 for beer and wine in Germany and 18 for hard liquor, but after this kid got fucked up hardcore in Berlin I think they don't want to sell it to people under 18. Though if you go out it's easy to get from the Bartender and most gas stations don't give a F*CK.

I do not know but I think it is unlikely never saw beer at McD's but I am sure that you can get coffee that doesn't suck balls.
