 Xbox 360 Elite? Finally getting me a 360 and when i went into the local Gamestop to get one i notice the 360 Elite that i had forgotten about. this caused me to go home and ponder whether the Elite is worth $150 more. i wouldnt mind the larger hard drive and the black is so damn sexy. What do you all think. Is the Elite worth the extra $150??

If you get a white one and search the box for the model name if it says Zephyr then it'll eventually redring. _________________

i did research on it a while ago excat same but bigger hard drive if you allready have a 360 its not worth it if you dont have one go for it but id rather save the 150$ and just get the 360 because i doubt you will need that big of a hardrive

unless u do everything like store pics and shit like that u will probably never us that much im nor sure if u can even store pics on it maybe im think of the ipod i think so but o well
i wouldnt waste the money on it

The black is indeed sexy. I have a 20 gig the only problem i have had was i would have to delete old demos cause i would run out of space and i only have about 3 cds and some tv shows on the hard drive and it seems fine. If your not a demo whore then i wouldent worrie about the extra space. I also have a 40gig ps3 witch i store most of my home movies and pictures on to so if your into that then mybe get the bigger size hard drive and sexy blackness. lol

They might have also made the hardware better in the 360, so it could be quieter, faster ect.

aside from the color and larger HD, you also get an HDMI cable. if you have a HDTV then you know how expensive those cables are (basically $100 each). so really you'd be paying $50 for the hard drive space and $100 for the cable. if you don't have an HDTV then that cable is uselss so you're just paying for the hard drive.

Asked my brother who did research before he bought his and he actually said Elites are more likely to red ring than any others so I dunno.

Elite has the "falcon" motherboard which is supposed to not RRD.
