 Mac Wow I'm on a mac in class right now and I can see colors I never knew existed on my pc. WTF. Also, my PC is unnaturally dark for some reason.

Aye, Mac is or at least was the standard for digital artists. Why? I don't really know. Your dark PC may need to be professionally exorcised or fiddle with your gamma in your graphics card software.
