This game is freaking awesome!!!@! The creators did an awesome job making an mmo and mixing in fps play. It doesn't take long to level and the quests are really easy and its fun to run around and destroy things. So much better than the repetitiveness of WOW. The only thing that sux is if your not a subscriber you get left out of some content and you only have 3 character slots (subscribers get 24) and no you cannot respec but leveling is really easy and takes about 2 weeks of laid back playing to get to level 50. The gear is sweet and the classes are awesome.

I preordered it a while back and forgot about it, so it comes in the mail last week and I still haven't opened it yet.

Got it installed last night. Dropped about 4 hours on single player mode and had to force myself to stop so I could get some sleep. I'm probably going to be playing this on multiplayer most of the weekend.

For those of you who don't know, this is Diablo 3. One of the first quests you get is to find Wart's leg (from Diablo 1).

You have skill trees like in WoW, but the item and weapons setups are straight out of Diablo 2. like Vision said, it's a FPSRPG. It's also not as retard friendly as WoW is.

Is the story and concept good though, cuz it looks kinda shitty like that Underworld movie.

So, is this like your typical MMORPG, where you just select your enemy and push buttons and kinda move around a little (which only helps against Tnaks). Or is there actual strategy involved where you move to dodge shit?

You don't select your enemy you have to aim at them. Some skills once you aim at them then you can throw some sort of debuff on them like increase damage. Most classes use SOFTAIM which basically means if you aim in the general direction your bullets will home in on the enemy. This is good because you don't have to be extremely accurate and lets you move around a lot. If you don't like SOFTAIM you can play Marksman and you have to aim normally.

You have to move around to avoid their attacks and although i'm not thinking about pvp right now, movement will be critical for pvp because you have to aim at your opponents. Also, they can trap you against walls so you have to be careful not to get trapped.

There are a lot of AOEs, the only bad thing right now is that grenades bounce to much but I think their going to fix that.

I like the back story, I haven't looked into it too deeply because I'm tooo busy leveling all my toons. Lifetime Online Membership w00t!!!

Marksman is still pretty much softaim. You have to actually be pointing at the target to hit it, but that's it. Headshots are a random factor so aiming for the head doesn't matter.
