Apparently, he can't access the site right now, forum name Xero, because of this error message:
You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Anyone heard of this one before?

I don't think there is an errordocument script anyway, so naturally it would get the 404 error.

The permission error may be related to a proxy or something of that nature.
