I just changed from a Razer DeathAdder to a Razer Lachesis, both wired. The Razer Mamba is wireless, but I still don't trust wireless products for my PC. I'd be changing out batteries left and right as much as I'm on my PC.

Batteries lasted quite a while with the LX8 I used before I discovered it's shitty precision. Changed out once since Christmas, and my wireless keyboard is still good on its original.

little, if any, interference can happen with wired data transfer. wireless devices always have interference due to the ridiculous amount of signals that travel through the air these days.

I change the batteries on my mouse once every other month. Yes im on my computer a lot since im looking for a job right now. Also i don't have any lag or interference with mine but the receiver is only 6 inches away.

It was probably one of the worst $209 investments I've ever made. I find it is extremely hard to play video games with a giant dick in your ass.

I dont know if this bitch its too old but imma post anyways.

I like mouses with cords, i feel like they have some kind of lag.

Iknow it might be silly but im just used to mouses with a cord so i dont mind having one, plus its not like im in bed moving my mouse andthe laptop is 10 feet away or that i have my laptop conected to the tv and i can be in bed again moving my wireless mouse, so for me its kind of pointless but i guess is pretty sweet for guys that dont like the look of the mess that the wire gives when its all scrambled.

it really depends on the technology and driver that the product is using. all of those things can be a big factor when using wireless. wireless is, however in some instances faster in data transfers than a wired connection. i never thought it could be possible, but when talking about maximum dpi and speed, nothing surpasses a wired connection. dont forget when using wireless technologies, fragmentation of data (loss) occurs more often as compared to a wired, non-encrypted connection that doesnt require this is packets or data gets dropped. it just repicks the one or two packets up as compared to many from poor wireless connections. For gaming, though, you shouldn't see a big difference in response unless the dpi is different or if there is interference or the wireless drivers are shit. I pick wired over wireless ANY DAY. cat6 pwns 802.11n

price was going to be my question. i was gonna guess $100, which is still way too much. buying any item when it is first released is never in the best interest of your wallet.

honestly, response time to me means nothing anymore. if youre good, youre good. if youre not, youre just not. applying the right techniques in css = win. playing like a pubstar = fail. i wouldnt buy another razer if my dick froze off. logitech is my mouse and keyboard provider hands down. they have great support, and STURDY products.
