Re: Expensive compared to what? Houses, kind of I guess, but everything else isn't. Do a little research online and find out. I haven't lived there in 10 years, so I'm not sure how affordable it is or isn't. I can tell you that if I had an opportunity to move back there with the company I'm working for now in Vegas I would do it in a heartbeat.

Re: Freezing my balls off. Need change. Yeah,that's my a friend at works keeps saying. He's from Denver, the only reason he's still here in Dallas is because his fiancee is finishing up her degree here. If I didn't want to be around my family (odd, huh?), I'd definitely consider Colorado.

I have a down coat and good boots which are obviously indispensable. The real issue I have is the lack of sunlight though, it's so depressing. I mean, by 4:30 it's pitch black outside...the cold just makes it worse. Plus it's compounded by the fact that I'm more of a night owl and tend to wake up later in the morning, around 10:30-11:00 (when I have no school or work obligations), so I only see 3 hours of good sunlight per day, on a clear winter day. _________________ |
