Post subject:  New Maps
If I am correct (which i should be) the twl maps are now on the servers, you will not see them under the maplist you have to use command to exec the map but it may be fun to try some new maps

this is a list of the twl maps some are normal maps on our server already you can download all these maps from http://www.teamwarfare.com/files/?game=6 just throwing it our there for a change of pace

de_clan_mill Isn't this just a renamed mill? used to be cpl_mill's name before they changed it in early 1.3 days.
de_contra on the server already and played in scrims
de_crane on the server and not played
de_dustanesi
de_forge_v2 we were trying to put this on the server, but something was corrupted with the map
de_inferno_pro on the server and used
de_losttemple_pro played about as much as aztec and dust now
de_menace_final
de_rush_v2
de_russka on the server and played
de_scorch not really an even map.. even placed next to nuke and train, this one outshines them both on onesidedness(lol word)
de_season on the server and played
de_trading
de_tuscan same thing with forge last time i checked.
de_twl_strike. TWL's first official map original map name.. i bet there isn't already a widely played map called strike. OH WAIT!

Heard of rush, never played on it, and have never heard of the other ones. de_lite just came to Source, so we might think about adding that. The lack of captains picking various maps is astounding. I'm not sure I've seen a map besides d2 or inferno in days.

Yeah, it was just like: you thought it might be a good idea for the twl maps to be on the scrim servers and POOF! there they were! Remarkable, really.

Tucker had to re-upload Tuscan to the server because it was still broken. Not sure if he did it to just #1 or if the ftp is tied to each other so if you upload a map to 1, you upload it to both, but it's at least working on #1.

Now the tuscan on fast downloads and the tuscan on the server differ.

Binary files de_tuscan.bsp and maps/de_tuscan.bsp differ

Where did he get the tuscan he put on the server from (not our fast downloads site)?

It was from our fast downloads site. cpooL downloaded it from there as well and he was able to join.

Weird.

Could be the server modifies the map file once it's loaded (maybe to upgrade it to orangebox? / calculate bot stuff?) -- oh well thats fine -- good work.

sorry if it sounded arrogant or what not I made the post knowing de_tuscan was on there and knowing you were putting on the others but since i didnt talk to you about the others I wasnt sure they all were on and in working condition so I appologize again I meant no disrespect. I did try some of the maps in the other server and I know tuscan wasnt working on it IDk if you got a chance to load them on server 2 or what not but it may become a problem if we need to use 2 scrim servers for teams or what not, but thanks for the set up fomenta server 1 is hawt

Still need to change tuscan on the 2nd server and fix the lo3 so it actually lo3s. Was something else, but I can't remember what it is anymore. =(
