this is a practice sub clan. we will teach you how to scrim, how to aim and how to communicate. its open to anyone that wants to learn how to scrim like the pros.

It's not that you just apply for them. You ask, they let you in, then you throw a fit and quit when they don't scrim the minute you're ready.

The concept of NGR is to help out all of the subclans of n00bfest.

^b's mission, basically, is to teach n00bfest subclans to scrim, aim, work better as a team, etc.

But it is very hard to get a whole team together to teach them. NGR will, in theory, help solve this problem. We will have assigned FGTs (Focused Gaming Trainers) to train a select few mature members of each subclan.

Those selected will then be able to pass on this information to their subclan over time. If we get an HLTV we could demo the training and post it for everybody to see, or you could post it in your subclan's forum to review.


That's all still in the works though, until then we would like to basically have a NGR Vent channel where if there are 5 NGRs on, you could make scarm(and get more scarm experience), and have a FGT call strats (or the most experienced NGR available).
