lmfao, no. Just, some guy named Wiggles (Who claimed to not be the old Wiggles) said that n00bfests rules changed in 2005 about non-members now being allowed to join sub-clans. What I DIDN'T understand is how he'd have the n00bfest vent info and everything as well as know the policies without being an rct or n00b. Anywho, point is: There is no point. |

Yeah but, I dunno I just didn't think somebody would read the forums, go on vent and be on the servers without going for an [rct] tag. |

Yes, they must be an rct or n00b. How hard is it to say "hey, i wanna be a n00b"? People just are impatient, and want to be a part of everything right away. |
