nope not to the best of my understanding
However, keep this in mind if they aren't n00b the n00b tag doesn't come along for the ride they can wear what ever tag the sub-clan uses though. Ours tag just happens to have n00b in it, but guys I am sensitive to this issue. I have already made a very loud suggestion to gumpZ that he become a rct. I don't want to flaunt in anyone's face the fact that my members automatically become n00b's they only become n00b.i and I will inforce that my members join n00bfest. So, in the end no they don't have to be n00b's, but it is highly encouraged.
