I mainly go to the Funservers server, and i know to, restrict flashes, smokes, auto snipes, shields, etc, and i know to put up votes for the a new map, not just change it, i've been around...well sorta |

its not automatic, genius. the Elders will vote...and if you're deemed worthy of becoming a n00b admin, they'll vote yes. |
