I don't know if you're still interested in joining if you don't get admin automatically (lol) but add the [rct] tag to your name and play in n00bfest servers so that everyone can get to know you a bit. Read the rules and requirements post (http://n00bfest.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=931), I've added you to the waiting list to become a member. There is a vote approximately once a month (don't ask when the next one is, there's no way to know) to decide which [rct]s deserve to be accepted into the community, but as long as you stay cool and play a decent amount you should be fine.
