Comments: Noobfest server is one of the fairest servers i play on, with no awp, and with different maps. People there are pretty funny too. The people there have mediocre to high skill, so i can get a lot better.

There are votes that occur every once in a while (however, don't ask when the next vote is, there's no way to know, and asking will just get you flammed) to decide which [rct]s deserve to be accepted into the community. As long as you stay cool and play often on the servers and wear the proper [rct] tag, you should be fine (becoming a member has nothing to do with being good).
