So, i cleared up misunderstandings with n00bfest and i am back.

how do i get promotions??

But as far as a promo goes, I'll vouch for'em. He's been a good admin and hasn't fucked up anywhere as far as I know.

promotions arent the same as they used to be. The big man takes it apon himself to decide who gets a bigger piece of the pie
