What is it take to become an admin ?
I have been browsing the Forum.
I couldnt find a definite answer to how to become an admin. Parse what makes someone a good candidate ?
I am also wondering what is it expected from admins and what is considered as admin abuse. those sort of things.
I been seeing different behaviors from different admins and some of them puzzle me with they're behaviors.
Thanks.

I'll do my best, others can feel free to add.
The primary requirement for admin is, in theory, maturity. In other words, the elders (especially recently) have been making sure to only give admin to people who will a) play regularly (an absent admin is of no use) and b) behave in a responsible way.
Admin abuse is pretty much any instance of using your powers to ruin someone's fun. Acceptable instances include: abusing TKers or hacker, and messing around with friends. For example, I might slap madcoweater for no reason, but that's because I know him and we're cool like that. However, if I slap/slay a random player (n00b or not) for no reason, that's abuse. It's hard to set definite rules, but you can, after a while of playing in n00bfest servers, get a pretty good idea of how to deal with various situations here.

What happens if admin abuses his powers?
As a member am I suppose to report these kind of behaviors ?
if yes, How would you report that ?
So far I have no problems with any admins or any member. I think decision makers are smart on taking they're time before assigning someone to a possition.

if yes, How would you report that ? Yes, if it's really a problem (and it's happening to you, let other's defend themselves) you can make a post in the complaints forum including a summary of what happened, the admin involved, and the time/server the abuse took place in. Having a demo helps a lot.[/quote]
