yeah, this is my bro. not my bro bro, but hes a good friend. he wantsa join n00b. hes a newbie at everything, so it would help if yall could help him if u see him on the server. please give some assistance to him when hes on cause i wont be able to since im only on weekends mostly

Alright, add the [rct] tag to your name and play in n00bfest servers so that everyone can get to know you a bit. Read the rules and requirements post ( http://n00bfest.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=931), I've added you to the waiting list to become a member. There is a vote approximately once a month (don't ask when the next one is, there's no way to know) to decide which [rct]s deserve to be accepted into the community, but as long as you stay cool and play often on the servers you should be fine (it has nothing to do with being good!). Be patient…it will take most people 3 to 5 months to be accepted.
