You have to be voted in, it is a process:

Just play in the server often, make a name for yourself, have fun, and most importantly, don't do things that piss people off.

Put an [rct] before your name and you're good to go. :)

Yeah, add the [rct] tag to your name and play in n00bfest servers so that everyone can get to know you a bit. Read the rules and requirements post ( http://n00bfest.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=931), I've added you to the waiting list to become a member. There is a vote approximately once a month (don't ask when the next one is, there's no way to know) to decide which [rct]s deserve to be accepted into the community, but as long as you stay cool and play often on the servers you should be fine. Be patient…it will take most people 3 to 5 months to be accepted.
