I'll add any member who asks to the list, but you probably won't be given admin priviledges until everyone knows you well, especially now that the standards have risen. Just play as much as you can, worst comes to worst you won't get admin yet.

The Elders decided to be a bit more strict when choosing new members due to people being voted in after playing in n00bfest servers for just a month or so. The wait does a few things; it weeds out people who don't really care that much, as well as people who break the rules. It also leads to a greater sense of community and respect for other n00bs.
