Judicator did not forget to put you in the waiting list. i scanned the Mmbership forum and found your post (a month old) http://n00bfest.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8846. Problem is, that was the waiting list before this new rct waiting list that we have now. That means you were on the old waiting list and YOU JUST DIDNT MADE IT IN THE VOTING THAT TIME.
So this is your re-application for n00b membership. And Judicator just added you to the current waiting list.
