Oh hey man,ive seen you around before.[rct] means recruit so that admins and people know that you are in waiting for n00b membership so that they know who to keep an eye on.
Yeah, go ahead and wear the [rct] tag so that the people up top can get to know you. Read the rules and regulations thread (at the top of this forum), you've been added to the list to be voted on. Votes are usually more or less once a month.
