Sometimes i get a pop up at the bottom of my screen when i play games that says "Windows Virtual Memory Minimum" is too low or somethin. Anyone know how do i fix that ?

I do believe it means that your "swap" file is too small.

The solution to this problem is to go to Control Panel, Performance and Maintenance, System, the Advanced tab, and click on Settings under performance, go to the Advanced tab there, and then at the bottom of the window you will see an area about virtual memory.

Go in there and change the minimum to what it says where you see "Recommended". The maximum, I think, is supposed to be twice whatever your amount of RAM is. Mine is 1536 MB because I have 768 MB of RAM.

If you didn't understand that, just tell me and I'll post a picture guide.

i think it has to do with u having too many windows open, because thats wat usualy takes up memory, so cut back on the porn for a while

Maybe you have too many processes running? :O It happened the other day with me I forgot what I was doing but it wasn't computer friendly.

also try running msconfig in the run area......and then go and disable everything you dont need
