I cant get the mic to work. I know it works because I use it on the webcam, but in Vent and in game nobody seems to hear me. Any suggestions as far as settings or anything?

mine doesnt work in the game its making me mad it used to work i dont know what happened?

did you guys try voice_enable 1 ?

see if it works in windows voice recorder...if it doesnt work in that then its your pc thats broken, make sure you check all your sound settings..

start>program files>Entertainment>Sound recorder

You can check you recording options by going to

edit>audio properties

and then selecting "volume" under the sound recording options, make sure your microphone is selected and go into the advacned options and make sure your +20db boost is enabled. If you dont see advanced underneath the microphone volume slider go to file and check the advanced controls option.

and if that doesnt work trying reinstalling your sound drivers..properly....

download the drivers from w/e website you need to, uninstall your current ones, RESTART YOUR PC, and reinstall your sound drivers.

should work...hopefully
