i got some errors trying to start steam originally, it all shut down, tried to restart steam, and this happens.

Uninstall STEAM and reinstall it. I'm not being an asshole, but that's seriously what I think will fix it. |

Yeah, I know very little about computers, but all I can say other than reinstall is try to find the ssa_french.htm file and make sure it 1) exists and 2) isn't read-only...I don't know if that's actually the problem though. |

Well if you want to give it a shot, I uploaded my ssa_french.htm, right-click, save as, and put it in c:/program files/valve/steam/public. http://www.n00bfest.com/n4b/ssa_french.htm |
