I just downloaded Ventrilo and now I dont know what to do with it. What is it good for? How do I get it started and make it work? Any tips would be great. Thanks |

Click the "->" beside User Name. Enter your desired name. You don't have to worry about any more information in this area. Click the "->" beside Server Any name you want to use. I put mine as n00bfest. (top box) Hostname or IP: vent2.clanservers.com (second box) Port Number: 4337 (third box) You don't have to worry about any other information in this area. -------------- Don't worry about 'Bindings'. Click on 'Connect' and you should be good to go. Double click on diferrent servers to join them. When you get in, go to setup and set a key to bind to talk. Adjust your outbound and inbound volume if necessary, and you should be good to go. |
