Hey, since 3 weeks I'm chatting with battle.net's tech support about my case. I joined the chat log I've had with them since a while now, if any of you had this problem before, or know of anything I could do, because they seem like they just want to extend my case longer and longer until I get bored. I'm sorry if it's really long, but I'm really pissed about the fact that they're asking me the same things over and over because I'm almost never talkin' to the same person over and over. Are they all able to check if my IP is getting restricted permanently? Do they really need all the stuff I sent them to figure it out? I don't know shit about computers so that's why I thought maybe some people here would know some things about this (especially Acid, duh). I know there are some quick computer nerds here in n00bfest that know a shitton more things than me. Thanks *Scroll down for update*

Well Tommy helped me a lot with it, and I did a tracert and found out I was blocked after AT&T's server. I contacted them, but all they told me is : we don't help end users... assholes. So I contacted my ISP and I'm still waiting on their response about it. If you have a better idea than waiting on my ISP to do the job, please tell me what to do, it's been almost a whole month since d2 was blocked, and I'm 15th on the n00b server, which shows how much I don't have anything else to play... Thanks

Little update: took me so FCKING long to have it fixed, it finaly is! The problem was about my ISP. I called them as soon as I learned that bnet and AT&T (where it was getting blocked) couldn't do shit about it. My ISP told me that a large part of his customers were banned from AT&T networks.. FCK yeah. They didn't even know but now they fixed that shit. Played for the first time in months, feels good!
