So, I'm gonna be living in a house with 3 other dudes and I'm just trying to figure out which internet speed I should go for. The plans in my area that are at least in my price range are 50down/20up (149 a month) and 35down/35up (w/ cable included for 99 a month) Now obviously I like playing video games a good bit and I'm not trying to lag out every time someone logs into Facebook upstairs. Do you guys think it's worth it to go with the 50/20 or the 35/35. Right now I'm leaning towards 35/35 but I'm just not sure. Any suggestions? |

Is it comcast or Verizon? Comcast sucks. It's 35 for one user, whereas with Verizon its guaranteed 35 for up to like 16 users. Figure that shit out before you go further. |

If that is the case 35 would be enough. As far as I know Verizon does a guarantee for up to X people as opposed to starting out at X and allocating Y bandwidth to each user who is on. |
