200 ms? I don't know what you are asking for about a mouse config. Mouse drivers? Accel fix? hz adjustment?
I can help you, just have to know what it is you are asking for.

500 hz
it's hard to do on vista / 7 and depends on which mouse you are using. You can do damage to your USB ports if you don't have a mouse / motherboard that supports it.

Re: how to set mouse config 200 milliseconds
Google cpl_mouse fix use it and get mouse timer to check it,doesnt matter how old your os is.It will make your mouse go as fast as it can go,better the mouse faster it goes. This will not not hurt your mb or any other hardware. If your shit wont handle it it simply wont work.Get mouse timer check to make sure it did work, look at your peak on it after moving your mouse.

Re: how to set mouse config 200 milliseconds
Don't use CPL mouse fix, that shit is old now, there are true 1:1 fixes now. Cheese fix for XP/Vista(you just use the one that has your monitor hz) or MarkC fix for Win7.
Listen to State though, messing with the polling rate on your USB can F*CK up your stuff. I've heard of people breaking webcams and keyboards after changing their polling rate to 500/1000. Almost all of the time it will work, unless your mouse isn't very good, then it really won't matter, but just know it can break things. It's like a flu shot, it's supposed to help, but sometimes you get the flu from it and end up like wobble girl in the video forum.
Edit: if you have Win7, MarkC fix is the only way, CPL doesn't work.
You can also disable mouse accel in-game now in the OBox engine games if it's the only games you play.

Re: how to set mouse config 200 milliseconds
If it was possible to change the polling rate on individual USB ports, I'd support the concept. Currently, as far as the available software is concerned, that seems to be a feature not yet supported. You are better off purchasing a mouse that has its own polling rate alteration feature, such as the mice that Razer produces and perhaps someone can provide information pertaining to other options in the event that you aren't a fan of Razer mice. Also, thanks for the alternatives to CPL_mouse_fix. I'm running Windows 7 and now that I have that information, I can put it to use. As a token of my appreciation, and to assist, here are the links to Cheese fix and MarkC: Cheese Fix: http://www.vdclan.net/sites/www.vdclan.net/files/cheesemfix.zipMarkC Fix: http://www.filefront.com/17191014/MarkC_Windows7_MouseFix.zip
