Post subject:  3D Monitor
Not sure if I should post here or in general. What do you guys think about 3d monitors and gaming? I have been wanted to get a 3d monitor so that I can watch movies in 3d as well as do a little gaming on it. I bought a 42inch tv two years back so i don't want to spend money on a new tv but there are some good deals on 3d monitors now.

This one is only 129 free shipping with the promotion. I checked a little on their forums and CSS runs great on it according to other users as well as quite a few other games. What do you guys think of this one? I almost bought it, but I haven't gone to sleep in over 36hrs so i figured it best to wait till i have slept to make a money decision lol.

3d monitor? Are you intending on getting glasses? Otherwise its useless. You'd need active shutter glasses to actually utilize 3d. If people are using it for gaming, they're not seeing 3d. They're seeing 1080p. No game supports 3d to my knowledge.

The glasses come with it. As for the 3d part im not sure thats why i figured id post on here about it

Read the reviews man I hear it doesnt work that well and Iz3d has sunken under now so yah

yeah i decided not to get it there were several reviews saying the ghosting on CS and other games is to much to get past.
