Cheater. Probably your GPU overheating or you had a big lag spike and your models and shit got fucked up, just minimize the game and open it back up. It will refresh everything on your screen when you maximize it back and get rid of it as long as it isn't a problem with overheating. |

it is your gpu, its eitehr an overheat (check the temperature) or its a hardware error within it. |

Im 99.9% sure that its your GPU open up your case and see if the fan is spining on your GPU. If its not you maybe able to find a replacement fan for it on the cheap. If money is an issue if not then its time to get a new videocard bro. |

Does your computer lock up after? Almost always after that starts to happen, your computer will lock up and you have to restart. |

iT CAN BE A NUMBER OF CAUSES The most common cause would be the GPU so make sure thats ok. If your Gpu is stable then it may be a PSU (PSU can slowly dies causing the power to the card from being drawn correctly causing visual artifacting or the discoloration with the black lines you are seeing) If its not a GPU or PSU issue and you know for sure (it will not happen on other games if your hardware is fine) IF ITS NOT THE HARDWARE Update Drivers to the latest from ati/nvidia Virus scan,Defrag,Etc Reinstall css If all else fails and YOUR HARDWARE IS STABLE you may need to reformat your Harddrive and reinstall windows (not fun make sure you back up all important files such as picture,work etc.) |
