 Android Apps
Tomorrow, I fly back to the states and waiting at my destination will among other things will be my new phone (an LG Ally, a nice mid-tier phone that was affordable). It currently runs 2.1 (confirmed soon will be running 2.2) and I was wonder what do fellow Android users here on n00bfest use and have for apps that they couldn't live without basically. Shit such as task managers and what nots I want a whole bunch of suggestions. I do not care if they're free or paid, just bombard me with links, description and personal reviews and experiences.
EDIT: Would prefer non-rooted apps please.

 Re: Android Apps
Well some I use on a regular basis are: Astro File Viewer, ESPN Sport Center, Sportacular, SMS popup, Ringtones, Pandora, Sticher, Juice Defender, Weather Toggle Widget, Advanced Task Killer, Dropbox, Engadget, Barcode Scanner, Goggles, Translate, Kindle, Kayak, Meebo IM, Movies, Neo Reader, MyBackup Pro or Titianium Backup, Sirius radio, Shazam, Speed Test, TWC. Those are non rooted apps i use pretty often.
Rooted Apps, CPU Set, WIFI Tether, Market Access, Juice Defender(doesnt need root just has more options), BusyBox, Astro (doesn't need root just more options) and a view other apps i can't think off. Let me know if you need some help.
