When i turn on my computer, the wave on the volume settings is all the way down so i cant hear. when i put it back up, i get these songs playing or ads for around 15 seconds, and at some points i get random pop-ups. can some one help me out?

The first thing you should do is download Malwarebytes, install it and run a full scan. After it cleans your pc, restart it and see if it happens again.

indeed after that you might want to download some protection like Avast! or AVG

and possibly get in the habit of running Malwarebytes every month or so (full scans)

Malwarebytes is the shit. They stay on top of their definitions like white on muthafuckin rice. there's often multiple updates a day.
