| Post subject: | USB ports gone haywire?! |
Okay, so I had my laptop cooler, cell phone and Logitech G500 plugged into my laptop, and it was locked. I unplugged my cell phone, and when I logged back in, I got an error message, "USB Device Not Recognized", and my G500 is no longer able to work on my laptop. I tried reconnecting my phone, that isn't connecting now. I've uninstalled the USB controller shit in the device manager, let it reinstall the shit, did it again and rebooted and let it install that way, and it's still fucked up. Nothing I can think of works, and now I have the same stupid message popping up every 2, 5 or 10 seconds and it keeps making the damn USB device alert sound and it's driving me completely insane. Does anyone know what the F*CK is going on, and what I should do about it? Any help would be greatly appreciated! ~Dead Man |

This is taken care of! I shut my laptop down, took the battery out and unplugged the AC adapter. It must have flushed things out or something cause everything is working fine now. |
