Problem with Counterstrike

Post subject:  Problem with Counterstrike
From a certain standpoint, if I'm looking directly in front of me, everything begins to fade to white.
The background, items in game, characters, etc.
I've listed below some screen shots, my video specs, and the steps I've taken to try to fix it.

The video specs I have it set to are currently:
Model Detail - Medium
Texture Detail - High
Shader Detail - High
Water Detail - Simple
Shadow Detail - High
Color Correction - Disabled
Anti-aliasing Mode - None
Filtering Mode - Bilinear
Wait for Vertical sync - Disabled
High Dynamic - Bloom

I've tried deleting all of the maps.
I've also tried it with different video settings.

Has anyone else had that problem?
Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Did you try replacing your power supply?
