SO yesterday i hooked up the wireless router i got ( NetGear WPN824v3). It works great when my laptop is connected with a wire. But as soon as i disconnect the wire and try to use the wireless I lose my internet connection. Not sure where to look. Any suggestions would be great!!

I've been having this kind of problem with my wireless router, also. You might want to get into the router's settings and check all of that. With my router, I had to change one of the settings from 20MHz only setting, to a 20-40MHz automatic setting...can't remember what that was for, though. Ever since I've done that, though...I haven't had a problem...just go into the settings for the router and mess around with some of the settings...
