| Post subject: | Video not playin |
Just installed a new video card and now home movies that I have are not showing when I play them. I have tried windows and real player but only some movies work. Nothing has changed besides the video card. I have tried everything that I know. The files match or are accepted by the programs that I open them with i.e. .avi .wav etc. Any help would be great! |

well, the only thing I can think of is that the drivers that came with the new video card have overwritten some of the codecs that you have previosly installed. try a nice codec package from free-codecs.com |

Power supply. Maybe try some codecs. I recommend the Combined Community Codec Pack. http://www.cccp-project.net/ or you could go the lesser route: www.free-codecs.com I recommend XP Codec Pack or K-Lite. If you take those five lines and spell them backwords, it spells radar. |
