Find the bill, but I doubt it's there. Call your provider, they should have a tech line and can get it for you. Note, they may have to reset your password and then have you change it to what you want.

Do they have a web site? You might be able to get it there.

Your username should be able to be gotten from your old router, but the password shouldn't be fetchable.

if its a new router the shit should be 1) either none set and you have to set yours, or it will be like admin or somethign like that

example username admin and no pass

or username admin, pass admin (these are on the routers i have used)

I'm confused now...

Are you trying to log into the router control panel or trying to get the router to log into your DSL service?

If your trying to get into the router control, ignore my first post.

If your trying to get into your router...

if linksys or Dlink type in the following...
Username: Admin
Password: Admin

If you're trying to get them to connect to eachother...

call your provider and tell them you need to do so, then read them the Serial number on the label on the bottom and that'll get them linked. They'll have you unplug the power to your router, then the power to your modem and hook in your router 30-45 seconds later, then plug your modem back in so the new numbers can register into the modem.

For future referenece in network resets....You always hook the modem up last.
