how do you copy stuff from console while playing....for instance, if i wanted to copy someone's steam id and paste it somewhere else

Yeah.. I have that problem, ctrl+c doesn't work for some reason in my console, so I just right click->copy and it works.. same with paste.

You can't ctrl c in console, you have to right click - copy. ctrl v works for me though.

ctrl+c works for me, just gotta make shure it copys, because sometimes steam likes to jew you and not let you copy things. Highlighting and then right clicking and then copying always works, and yes ctrl+v also works.

Maybe some of you just dont know how to control the ctrl function, maybe it ctrl's the controller O.o
