Why is that these sound events do not work for me? It's not worth getting a headshot if some guy doesn't scream "HEADSHOT" at the same time I do one. Same goes for knifing someone. When someone is +voicerecord'ing when someone gets a headshot (a few people, anyways), I can hear the echo of "HEADSHOT!" in their mic, so I know its not the server.

The sounds are almost always downloaded from servers that use the sounds. It automatically downloads them for you and are placed in the file Steam/SteamApps/(your_name)/Condition Zero/Czero/sounds/misc. If you see sounds like 'headshot' or 'multikill' try deleting them and once you join a server that uses the sounds they will reinstall. If not, then just join a couple random servers until you download them, almost every server will autodownload them for you.

Yeah...i used to not have them, then after going on a couple pirate raids, i had em. You just gotta go to different servers until you find one with em. I personally think they get annoying after a bit. lol.
