Vegas help

Problem number 1. I got a video clip that I wanna reverse so it shows the ct dead then it's like he's coming back to life. How would I reverse it?


Problem number 2. When I spectate on HLTV and record. How do I get rid of the black box at the top that says time left, round won by each team, etc.
