My bro's comp just quit on him. I opened it up and there was a film of dust over everything. I tried the power but the little light on the motherboard didn't come on or anything else. I think it's the powersupply but I should ask one of you proffessionals.

If it doesn't start at all, I'm guessing it's the power supply.

By the way, it's good to dust out your computer every once in a while. Take an air hose to it (lightly, of course).

I realize that, but my brother has the thinking capacity of a small goldfish. I was like "WTF dude, there's like a centimeter thick film of dust over everything!! Clean this off!!" The sad thing is I was worried he was going to get a wet rag and wipe the motherboard down.
